As you can see, it is best to make Spa Eggs if you do not have a Kitchen, but once you have a Kitchen and Pot, a Boiled Egg gives five times the Stamina of a Spa Egg. A boiled egg gives: +20 Stamina -2 Fatigue. Even the simple act of boiling an egg will increase the egg's value in terms of energy.
